We accept most insurances. Look at the list below, if your insurance isn’t on the list call us. If you need to see us, call us, we’ll help you figure it out.

  • Providence -covered to see primary care providers, but this insurance does not reimburst you to see one of our naturopathic providers unless you have a specific rider.  We do not participate in their ASH network. If you are a new patient w/ this insurance wishing to see one of our ND's, please call your insurance to clarify the plan you have and then speak to Sarah. You can also see Jenn Lucas, a nurse practitioner who's getting more and more holistic training, to discuss your holistic options and have it covered by this insurance.
  • Kaiser only the the plans that allow you to see nonKaiser providers
  • Any Insurance which has Open Network/Open Option  allowing you to see any provider

We also work with many other insurance that allow you to see any provider (open networks or out of network provider plans, call your insurance to confirm you can see any provider on your plan).

Simple Pay at the Time of Care Options

Some patients are without insurance, or they have insurance we don’t accept. You can choose to pay out of pocket for visits. We have clear discounted pricing for patients who choose to pay for their visits on the day of the visit. Call us for pricing information. To qualify for the discounted pricing, full payment needs to be made on the day of the visit.

Prescriptions

Your prescriptions can be refilled by having your pharmacy fax us now at 503-625-2899. If you have a prescription that requires a written prescription, please phone our office.
