Thank you for the overwhelming support of this model of integrative healthcare. SFM has experienced tremendous growth over the past 4 years.  At it's current growth and size with 9 providers, SFM now requires the leadership and dedication of a medical director to manage the clinic, mentor and oversee the training of all the staff & providers to ensure quality of care.  We're pleased to announce that Maggie Yu, M.D. has transitioned to being our medical director..   Patients of Dr. Yu, do not panic.  Please read this latest letter to further explain why this transition and how this transition has occurred.  Rest assured Dr. Yu is continuing to practice medicine at SFM on a full time basis, in a different way, as our medical director.  She is here daily and is intricately involved in patient care here.  She and SFM are dedicated to ensuring that no matter which provider on our team you see, you know that this clinic is owned, managed, and overseen by a medical doctor.

Welcome to Sherwood Family Medicine, an Integrative Health & Food Intolerance Center. We’re innovators in the collaboration of the latest in naturopathic and medical care for you and your family.  Our team of medical and naturopathic providers team up to deliver a uniquely different health care experience. We not only provide primary care for kids and adults.  We are a truly integrative Food Intolerance, Autoimmune Disease and Hashimotos Center.  Additionally, some of our providers focus on pediatrics,  holistic male and female hormonal health, adrenal function, thyroid disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, sublingual (under tongue spray) immune therapy ( SLIT)  to rid allergies, and naturopathic treatment of mental health disorders with the use of neurotransmitter testing. We focus in advance testing for heart, stroke, and cancer prevention through lipoprotein measurements, biomarkers for arterial inflammation, micronutrient and oxidative stress profiles.
